Our Story
Freedom Bridge LLC was born from real stories. The lived experiences of those impacted by the justice system. Our journey began inside state and federal prison halls, where voices carried a shared desire: to break free from self-doubt, to redefine success, and to rise above the barriers that once held them back. We saw potential where others saw limitation. We listened and we built Freedom Bridge to be that connection between where someone is and where they are meant to go.

Curtis Patterson El is a Georgetown Pivot Alumni, a social worker, and a passionate reentry advocate, supporting justice-impacted individuals in their journey toward stability, self-sufficiency, and success. Known for his quiet strength and powerful leadership, Curtis brings both personal experience and professional insight to every interaction, helping transform lives from the inside out.
He is the proud author of Start, Grow, Thrive: Release Preparation Portfolio, a groundbreaking reentry workbook created to equip returning citizens with the tools, structure, and encouragement they need to thrive post-incarceration. From goal-setting to mental resilience and resource planning, the workbook walks users through an intentional, healing-centered release process that prioritizes personal growth and accountability.
